After 5 years on BC's beautiful Sunshine Coast, The Bonfire Music Festival has finally found an amazing home for 2010 & beyond... a place just up the road from Vancouver! THE MOON FARM is an amazing 40 acre site located in Birken, BC... up BC's gorgeous Sea to Sky Highway 99... North of Squamish, Whistler & Pemberton... nestled beautifully in the Pemberton Valley!
Our new site features multiple open fields of green grass, highlighted by 360 degree views of snow capped mountain peaks & the cool, glacier fed Gates River running right alongside the site! That's right people... you'll be able to wake up, get out of your tents & go for a refreshing morning dip... while only having to walk 2 minutes to get there!
THE MOON FARM will also feature Bonfire's first ever car friendly campgrounds, located just beyond the amphitheatre gates & within a very short walking distance to anywhere & everywhere on the site. For those of you who like a little more substance to your camping, we also have oversized vehicle passes for your RV, bus or camper/trailer available for an extra $20!
Finally, our new venue hosts Teo & Megan Moon are lovely people who we are sure will be gracious hosts. We're VERY thankful that they stepped up & offered us a great place to continue the annual Bonfire tradition, and we're STOKED to welcome them to the Bonfire family for 2010 & many more years to come!!
